14. We strongly recommend a meeting with our wedding coordinator as soon as possible after booking with us. She will assist with planning and suppliers and will introduce the "wedding bible". This is a comprehensive document that details all relevant matters in respect of the wedding to avoid misunderstanding. A bible will be completed for all weddings and the contents of this will be deemed the final agreement of the parties on all matters.
